That’s why in this post we are going to discuss about How and What to pack in breakfast/lunch boxes for preschool and kindergarten kids to school and some recipe ideas.

How to pack Breakfast/Lunch Boxes for Preschool and Kindergarten Kids

When you pack Breakfast/Lunch boxes for kids especially for young kids like preschoolers and kindergartners, it is important to note that,

  1. The box must be attractive with full of colors, and you can get a box with their favorite colors and cartoon characters.
  2. The box must be user-friendly like the kid can open his/her box by their own and doesn’t need help of a teacher or nanny to do it. And it is also easy for teachers if kids are doing their chores by their own.
  3. Use the help of boxes like Section Box, Bento Box for this reason.

The Bento Box Brand which I use is from YUM-BOX. But I couldn’t able to find it in Amazon online. So I have linked an equivalent same leak proof Bento Box below.

When it comes to nutrition packed food, kids’ box must have the following food groups like

6.Fats

I use this bento box for packing my son’s breakfast/lunch box.

As he drank milk in the morning before starting to school. I packed him some mini-cookies and choco-bran chips instead of diary. Some days I pack yogurt as this box is leak-proof.
